Hello. My name is Amir Massoud Tofangsazan and i live in Barnet. I'm 19 but pretend to be a lot older and like to pretend that I'm a big businessman when I'm not actually that clever. on 29th November 2005 I sold a laptop on eBay. You can view the auction below. (Do you like the picture of me I took with my webcam?).
Although the buyer paid the £375 total within a few days, it took me nearly two months before i bothered to post the laptop. What the buyer didn't know was that it differed slightly from its description on ebay. Rather than having 2Gb of RAM, it only had 512Mb. It also didnt have a DVD-RW as described. Perhaps most importantly of all, the laptop didn't actually work! haha genius! Selling a 'working' laptop that doesn't work! Despite polite requests from the seller, I denied anything was wrong and refused to refund his money, then i agreed to but of course didn't. Then I claimed to have moved to Dubai and hoped he'd forget about it.
But he didn't forget about it. He took the hard disk out and behold! one laptop crammed with pictures that I really should have deleted before trying to sell it!
There was lots and lots (and lots and lots and lots) of pornography;
Some foot fetish porn;
Some gay porn (edited for decency, there was worse than this);
photos of whoever this is...?!;
these lovely ladies;
and these;
topless photos of myself;
many, many (90 to be exact) pictures of woman's legs that i took on the train with my camera phone;
whatever the fuck these are supposed to be;
In addition i also had all my bank details, my mum's bank details, scans of my mum's passport and driving license, (I wont show those here though);
a photocopy of my passport (with the date (badly) altered);
and various copies of my CV (all with different GCSE grades) as well as full access to MSN and hotmail (it just signed in automatically, whoops!).
The buyer of my laptop was understandably miffed at being ripped off but highly amused at finding this wide selection of information so easily accessible. What else could he do but publish this information on the internet for the whole world to see what a sad man I really am!
I've tried to claim that it wasn't my laptop and that it belonged to an 'employee' of mine. Why then did it have my CV, photos of me, my passport, my MSN and my bank details on it?, as well as this picture of me sitting in front of the laptop?!
Hmmm, i guess I'm just a bad liar! Anyway, let me know what you think of my fraudulent behaviour!

I think its time I posted some highlights of Amir's various CVs on here. Pictures are one thing, but I think it's high time we had some words of wisdom from the man himself! So, over to Amir...
Personal Statement:
As you already know from the above my name is Amir Tofangsazan. I just would like to take the time to introduce myself. Firstly I would like to say my four most important qualities which are found below:
- Honest on all occasion’s example of this would be when I had a bank error in my favour of £5,000. I stated this to my bank and happily returned it and received a lot of praise from that particular branch.
- Hard working an example of this is working on un-implied terms work after my hours of my duty. I must tell when I am set a task I always complete it the same day.
- Very punctual I am rarely ever late. The last time I was late for anything is an estimated two years ago
- A team player I am very self motivated this enables me to motivate others which pleases me fully an example of this is when I help out in my fathers restaurant my duty was be overall charge of the business for a long duration.
Hobbies and Interests:
My hobbies include Long Distance Running which I have run in both Nike 10k runs the first and the one at night. Football which I used to play in my secondary school which I was the nominated captain due to my leadership and communication skills, My interests include cooking the Stock market and travelling abroad to new countries.
I am an exciting fun guy who loves to have fun and outgoing times. I am 5ft 10 inches tall and dark brown eyes with a nice smile which people have told me. I have also short dark brown hair. I describe my figure to be athletic due to I do a lot of sports such as long distance running, soccer and tennis... I find myself to be very honest on all occasions and I can be a romantic at times. I like to make people laugh at my expense so that they aren’t uncomfortable or upset in anyway. Basically I am a very chilled guy and I always put the lady the first.

Well phone cam I cant comment anything about your critic of that kebab picture. I dont know about london phone numbers. I'm not seeing any sign of doctoring of that pic but then I have not zoomed on it in some software either.

I wonder... if all this stuff is on his computer... if his email is not cached somewhere on the computer as well. Someone as astute as Amir wouldn't have left this on his computer, would he? If so, I'm curious as to the legal ramifications if Amir talked about his other illegal activities in his email. If he bragged to a friend about selling a bunk laptop, isn't that fraud? Technically, laptopguy owns the email as it was sold to him and I don't believe Amir has any expectation of privacy.

ReplyDeleteWhether those are your pictures or not, this guy had no right to post them on the internet. If you hire an attorney, you can sue him for intentional infliction of emotional distress, slander and other claims.
ReplyDeleteIf the pictures really ARE Amir's then it's hardly slander is it? Laptop Guy has merely posted the pictures, which he now owns. He hasn't so much as speculated about what they were doing on the Hard Drive. That's been left to our imagination, which Laptop Guy isn't responsible for.
I would also say that, should Amir go forward with this case it will be (a)laughed out court. (b) give this site even MORE attention, which is the last thing that Amir wants, Particularly since it may lead to one of those women that were photographed without consent recognising their legs and taking their own action against him.
As for the racism and "Terrorist allegations", I think some people are sadly letting their prejudice overrule their brains. Let's face it, Islamic Terrorists want a World ruled by Islamic Law, which preaches death to homosexuals. Hardly something Amir is going to support now is it?

Seriously, if you are actually going to see a Lawyer, you should forget all about suing Laptop Guy and concentrate on how to stay out of prison.
Forget about the money you "allegedly" stole. Those pictures you took of Women's Legs ARE illegal. Even if you don't get jailed, you will have a Sex Offence on your record which you will have to declare any time you apply for a job, and which may even effect your family's job prospects as well.
You can claim that Laptop Guy planted the pictures if you want. But keep in mind it's very easy to tell the exact date and time when a file was created. If the pictures were created BEFORE you sold the Laptop then you are in deep deep trouble.
Honestly, you settle this as quickly as you can. Give Laptop Guy his money back (assuming he still wants it, of course) and hope and pray that no one has reported those pictures to the proper authorities.

(1) You are fooling nobody. If you had said "Hey! I hate those eBay scammers as much as the next guy but this is going too far", I may have believed you were legit. Instead, you have barely mentioned Amir's CRIMES and defended him, even when it was ridiculous to do so (Do you really think £375 is a fair price for a BROKEN Laptop?). It is clear that you have some sort of relationship with Amir.
(2) This has become a National News Story in the U.K and in other countrys as well. Journalists are no doubt reading your comments, they will check you and Amir's allegations that Laptop Guy is on the Sex Offenders list and, when it is proved that he is not, they will report that you used Child Abuse to try and gain sympathy for your thieving, pervert friend.
(3)I used to have some sympathy for Amir but I don't anymore. This is solely down to the comments and allegations that YOU HAVE made. If you want to help Amir then stop posting, you are only making things worse.

The laptop in which the hard disc resided was previously owned by this Amir person (proof of this resides in the content) (FACT)
It is a free and democratic world where freedom of speech exists (FACT)
The new owner of this content was swindled out of his cash (FACT)
The owner of this content has also said that he would remove the content if one of two things happen...
1. The fraudster pays back the money and gets his laptop and content back.
2. The authorities demand that the content be removed.
As it would seem, the only one of these things that could happen is that the idiot who was stupid enough to leave incriminating content on a laptop which he sold (therefor giving ownership to the buyer) and then preceding to sell faulty goods and not rectifying the problem quickly, therefor instigating this site SHOULD PAY BACK THE MANS MONEY and therefor have the content removed.
Personally, I hope he doesn't pay the money back as I think this blog is an excellent light relief and just shows that personal justice pays off.

Amir has been aware of this site since it started. He could've put a stop to it straight away, but he chose not too. If his life is ruined because of that CHOICE then that is nobodys fault but his.
As I said above, I did have some sympathy for Amir before, as I felt that perhaps enough was enough. It's clear from your comments, however, that he still hasn't learned his lesson and is still trying to avoid taking responsibilty for his actions.
If he's not prepared to do that, even after all this, then he deserves everything he gets.

yes my thoughts exactly. I too had some sympathy for Amir until I read his many offenses on this very blog. Amir is digging his own hole, all by himself. There is no life without death, and no growth without risk of dying. If the poor tender victim Amir cant risk emotional distress then he wont ever learn to become a moral person.
I stated it earlier. His ego needs a beating. He is bringing it on himself, all by himself, because he must be ripe for it. Once he loses all his pride some light will be able to shine through. That's how you become a man, sonny.
You can die in the process of course. That's called initiation. There are many things much worse than death.
And please, calm down with the drama. We're not lynching him. He's doing the worst part of the beating he is receiving, hell it would be so easy for him to admit that he has erred. That aside. How do you know that Laptop Guy didn't try the "proper" methods to get his money back? PayPal can only refund money if it's in the users account. Amir had two months to empty his account and he clearly did so.
You clearly know Amir. It's obvious. If he is one of your friend's then laugh at him for being so stupid and offer to lend him the money (It's only a "crummy £365. I'm sure you can afford it).
If he's one of your family then search for Tofangsazan on Google and show him EXACTLY how much shame he's brought to his family in the eyes of the world.
Lastly, stop frigging defending him! He brought this on himself, you KNOW he did. He scammed the wrong person and it backfired. Horribly. And you have no right to complain that the punishment is worse than the crime because Amir has had the power to end it from the beginning.
The longer you try to pretend that Laptop Guy is the "Bad Guy" in all this the more you'll turn people like me further against Amir and the worse it'll be for him.

He has made his point and has a responsiblity to follow the law by filing a small claim, taking the laptop hard drive to the police and pressing criminal charges and he should attempt to speak with Amirs family regarding this matter.

I tried a couple of online casinos offering this type of service.
To my disappointment, the level of overall gaming experience was pretty week.
The interface was flawed everything to an hour to load
(I had a Wi-Fi connection so speed wasn’t the problem).
Before I have given up I decided to load the flash version (instant casino) of another online casino I cannot recall at the moment.
It was much better. The graphics were phenomenal and speed wasn’t a problem.
